Seeds of Divinity/Journey Wellness
WEEKLY CLASS Peaceful Light Meditation Class. Most Wednesdays at 5:30 PM – Clintonville A gentle, trauma‑informed meditation and breathwork class supporting grounding, emotional release, and nervous system repair. A weekly breathwork journey through the chakra system, blending guided meditation, somatic release, and energetic alignment.

July 10 – 5 PM Family & Teen Art Night – Clintonville A creative evening for families and teens to explore art, expression, and connection.
July 11 – 1 PM Mother–Daughter Teen Support & Art Day – Oshkosh A supportive bonding day with art, emotional wellness, and gentle guidance.
July 17 – 5:30 PM Crystal Bowl Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset A soothing sound healing experience designed to calm the body and restore balance.
July 25 – 1 PM Speaking & Gallery Event – Clintonville An inspirational talk and gallery showcase focused on healing, creativity, and community.
July 26 – 5 PM Sunday Night Moon Bath – Fireside Women’s Circle A warm, reflective women’s gathering with moon‑based ritual, connection, and fire‑side sharing.
