Thedacare Family of Foundations Grant:
Who Can Apply:
Applying organizations must seek to improve the overall health and wellness of the communities they serve. Grant Funds will support non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organizations who serve populations within ThedaCare’s service area(s). Preferences will be given to grants that aim to do one or more of the following:
- Enhance community engagement in health/wellness.
- Support or establish programs that foster improved opportunities to promote health/wellness.
- Provide opportunities of partnership for the purpose of improving health/wellness.
Application deadlines vary by member foundations within the ThedaCare Family of Foundations and not every member foundation award grants externally. Please contact Amanda Burmeister at Amanda.Burmeister@thedacare.org for specific information.
